The current market place is truly candidate driven. Every competitor is looking for the same person, with similar skill sets, and needs as many if not more than you do. Jobs are out there but the people are limited.
CANDIDATES WHO HAVE UNCERTAINTY WITH A COMPANY WON’T MAKE A MOVE
It is important for Amero to have answers for candidates during the search and interview process. Even if it isn’t the most flattering of news, candidates want to have the information and then Amero leverages that information to bypass obstacles. Amero works closely with clients to understand their business and growth model.
Example: Manager candidate is offered substantially less than current compensation and less in benefits. If Amero has a strong partnership with the client we may know the Director is retiring shortly and could speak to the candidate about the future opportunity at that company, whereas becoming a Director at the candidates current company really isn’t an option. Take one step back to take two steps forward would be Amero’s strategy for the candidate.
